TYSONS CORNER, VA, July 6, 2021 — Jacobs (NYSE: J) has secured a spot on a potential seven-year, $200 million multiple-award task order contract awarded by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Kansas City District for architecture and engineering services in support of the Air Force B-21 bomber aircraft, ExecutiveBiz reported June 25.
Tim Byers, senior vice president for federal and environmental solutions at Jacobs, said the company will help the military enhance the resiliency and sustainability of the aircraft by leveraging lessons learned from previous defense-related projects.
Individual orders worth up to $50 million will be issued under the MATOC for B-21-related work at Ellsworth, Dyess and Whiteman air force bases.
