Many companies are aware that they have to pay higher wages, pay for vocational training for employees who prove to be credible, and be aware of childcare, McQueen said.
Due to the high demand of workers, the unemployed can afford to look for difficult jobs, have enough wages to cover their bills, are close to childcare and provide upward liquidity.
McQueen expects more and more employers to follow the leadership of companies like Nebraska Furniture Mart.
