KANSAS CITY, MO – Kansas City public schools will vaccinate some of their teachers and staff next week as students prepare to return to the Kansas City, Missouri classroom.
KCPS will host COVID-19 vaccination clinics on Monday March 15 and Wednesday March 17, a district spokesperson confirmed to 41 Action News.
The clinics will take place on both days from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Manual Career Technical Center, 1215 East Truman Road.
KCPS will work with Truman Medical Center and Children’s Mercy Hospital to facilitate the clinics.
Have the students in the district begin Return to personal learning in phases next week.
Kindergarten for third grade students return on March 15, while fourth through ninth grade students return to their schools on March 22. Sophomores, juniors, and high school seniors are expected to return to the classroom on April 5th.
